I began Colorado catering company to fill the need of high quality food that doesn’t taste like catered food. Colorado is growing at an incredible rate. There are approximately 20,000 people moving to our beautiful state every month, and there is an increasing demand for high quality, fresh ingredients prepared properly. That is where we come in.
I began my culinary career in 1990 at a local pizza shop in Stowe, Vermont. In 1995, I went on to graduate from one of the finest culinary schools in the world, Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
I would then work in some of the finest restaurants and hotels in the country with some of the most respected chefs.I moved here to beautiful sunny Colorado in 1999, and haven’t looked back.
I’ve been doing elaborate, as well as simple catering, for over 25 years now. My experience is second to none. I have excellent helpers and resources to help you plan the most glamorous wedding, 5 star culinary experience, or simple backyard BBQ… and everything in between.
